Hi everyone, here is the recording of our latest podcast. Tonight we had more guests than usual so the show ran a little long but it was a lot of fun and we talked about some interesting topics, including our recent rally in Augusta (pictures on the media page.)

Listen and enjoy, and don’t forget to tune in next week – Sunday at 8PM!

PS – Unfortunately the video from the rally didn’t turn out very well. We had planned on making a “Why are you here today” video where everyone gave an answer as to why they were showing support for a free South Carolina. However, the wind and road noise made everyone’s answers inaudible. Sorry about that! We’ll do better next time.

Update on the July 3rd Sovereignty Rally

On June 10, 2010, in general, SC, by Tom

I got word back from the Town of Mount Pleasant that we are given the green light on our Sovereignty Rally on July 3rd! Make sure to come out and support South Carolina Independence!

It turns out that in Mount Pleasant you don’t need a permit unless the rally is going to have over 50 people, and at this point we don’t have that many. They do have the permit application on file though so if it looks like we’re going to get a large crowd I will have to call back and inform them of the change. Long story short, it’s a go!

State Sovereignty Rally Set for July 3rd!

On June 1, 2010, in general, by Admin

Today I went down to the Mount Pleasant Town Hall and I applied for a permit to hold a rally along Hwy 17 in Mount Pleasant. We want to get out there and get people thinking about Independence, Self-Government, and State Sovereignty. Here are all of the details of the event:

What: State Sovereignty Rally Hosted by Third Palmetto Republic
Where: Hwy 17 Northbound between Houston Northcutt and McGrath Darby
When: July 3rd, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time

What we’re going to do is to stand beside the roadway on the large shoulder on the southeast side of the highway and hold up flags and signs that support South Carolina sovereignty, independence, and self-government. We want to drum up interest in our cause and we want to point people to our website for more information. This rally is just a small first step into getting the public to think about recapturing their liberty from the tyranny of the US government. Please come out and support us and our cause, or just come out to talk to us and get more information.

Bring any of the following:

  • South Carolina Flag
  • South Carolina Sovereignty Flag
  • Gadsen Flag
  • Fort Moultrie Flag
  • Other Pro-South Carolina Flags
  • Third Palmetto Republic Signs
  • South Carolina Independence Signs
  • Anti-Federal Government Signs
  • Pro-Liberty Signs

Please do not bring the following:

  • U.S.A. Flag
  • C.S.A. Flag
  • Confederate Battle Flag
  • Anything else that isn’t pro-South Carolina Independence

Make sure you add this event to your calendar!

Here’s some maps of where we will be:

Look forward to seeing everyone there!
